Sake Kasu Marinated Chicken

4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sake kasu
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon ginger finely grated
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 pound skinless and boneless chicken thighs
Finely mince 2 cloves of garlic.
Combine sake kasu and maple syrup. Add soy sauce, finely grated ginger, minced garlic, and Sriracha, mix well.
Pour the marinade over skinless and boneless chicken thigh until the chicken thighs are well coated. Marinate for 24-48 hours in the fridge.
Grill the chicken thighs on medium to high heat, about 5-7 mins on each side, until the thickest parts are cooked through.
