Mom's Asian Ribs

2 racks pork ribs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp dried lemongrass

1/2 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp dry thyme

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/8 tsp cayenne

Mix dry rub ingredients. Rub into meat and let sit for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Bake, covered, at 350 F for 1 hour 15 minutes or until done.
