2/3 cup (5 1/3 oz) milk, room temperature
1/2 cup (2.35 oz) packed all-purpose flour
3 large eggs, room temperature
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons clarified butter
Preheat oven to 425
Mix ingredients thoroughly in a bowl or blender.
Heat a 10" cast iron over high heat. Add the clarified butter.
Pour batter into the center of the cast iron
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
